I grew up understanding that the law touches every part of life — the family, the business, the land, the legacy. That’s why I’ve built my practice around being the attorney my clients can call for all of it, not just one piece of it.

I’ve spent 13 years practicing civil litigation and transactional law in Texas and Oklahoma, working with individuals, families, and small businesses through some of the most important legal moments of their lives. I’ve drafted wills for parents who wanted to make sure their kids were protected. I’ve helped entrepreneurs form the businesses they’d spent years dreaming about. I’ve guided families through probate after the loss of someone they loved. And I’ve fought in court when fighting was what the situation called for.

I opened Hillary Clark Law because I wanted to practice law the way I believe it should be practiced: personally, honestly, and with a genuine investment in my clients’ outcomes. I’m based in Sherman, Texas, and I serve clients throughout North Central Texas and Southern Oklahoma. The Texoma region is not a market to me — it’s my community. The families, business owners, and neighbors I serve here are the reason I do this work.
